Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, Metalize Kids and Teens emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
Metalize KIDS
Age group 5 – 9 years old
Our classes are 45 minutes each. Just enough time to keep them constantly engaged without getting over tired.
Kids classes are a fun and energetic way for your child to incorporate fitness into their daily lives. We use safe training methods and activities that they will enjoy.
What to Expect
Playing Games
We create physical games to challenge their brains while they get exercise.
Supervised by our coaches
Every class is supervised by one of our qualified coaches to ensure they have the best possible experience.
Gymnastics
Our kids will learn exciting body weight movements like pushups, squats and pull ups.
Learn to lift
Mechanics before intensity. They will learn to lift and move with correct form when coming into contact with heavy loads in the real world.
Design Programed
We develop an effective program of work to help them progress each week and gain new abilities in every class they do.
Team Bonding
The kids will learn to work and share with others, as well as being responsible and polite to everyone.
Metalize TEENS
Age group 10 – 15 years old
Teen class duration is 1 hour but at a higher intensity fitness level. This is a more self challenging based curriculum that is geared towards teaching young athletes to think of exercise as FUN and an achievement.
Teen classes are fun and more challenging than the kids class. It helps your teens stay active and creates more body awareness as well as keeping a healthy and fit lifestyle.

With a well designed program these young athletes will become stronger and fitter with varied movements designed to keep your teen active and interested.

PERSONAL TRAINING
