By effectively combining weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular endurance training , our CrossFit Classes produce elite results. Our members consist of firefighters, police officers, soldiers, professional athletes, and everyday people looking to achieve their individual best levels of fitness.
Even though training sessions are performed with high intensity, we focus on proper execution of all movements. To maximise results we program training sessions 3 days in a row, followed by one day of active recovery. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.
We have a mixed box and a womens only box. We also offer a big outside area for running, lifting and all gymnastics exercises.
